Terms of

Service

Service

1. A Parent-Led Commitment

Because Fellows are aged 16 to 18, a parent or guardian must accept the programme terms and, where applicable, provide the required consents.

Parents confirm that they have authority to enrol the Fellow, that information supplied is accurate, and that any relevant medical, dietary, welfare or travel information is kept up to date.

Fellows are expected to take responsibility for their own conduct and follow the programme rules, including the Code of Conduct and online community standards.

2. A Safe and Structured Environment

3. Online Community

The online community is a moderated learning environment. Fellows must use their programme-issued account responsibly, keep login details secure and communicate only through approved channels.

Direct unsupervised communication between Fellows and speakers is not permitted. Communications may be monitored or reviewed where necessary for safeguarding, security or compliance.

4. Global Summit

Participation in the in-person Global Summit is subject to practical, travel, consent, visa and safeguarding requirements.

Parents are responsible for ensuring that Fellows have the required travel documents, visas or entry permissions, and signed travel consent documents. T4 Education and its partners will provide reasonable supporting information to help families prepare.

Relevant welfare, medical, dietary and emergency-contact information may be shared on a need-to-know basis with staff, travel partners, medical professionals, emergency services and the Fellow’s nominated emergency contact. Parents also provide authority for emergency medical treatment where specific consent cannot reasonably be obtained at the time.

5. Data, Images and Consent

T4 Education uses personal data to deliver the programme, support Fellows, manage the online community, administer payments, protect safety and meet legal obligations.

Some processing is necessary for participation. Optional uses, including external promotional use of images, recordings, quotations, marketing communications and some post-programme communications, require separate consent.

Parents may choose which optional consents to give. Sponsor use of a Fellow’s image, name, recording or quoted contribution requires separate, specific consent. As Fellows become adults, they may exercise privacy rights and make consent decisions directly.

6. Fees, Refunds and Changes

Fees, scholarships and financial aid arrangements are confirmed during the offer process. Parents may cancel during the applicable cooling-off period. After that, refund rights follow the programme’s refund schedule, and the deposit is generally non-refundable except where the cooling-off right applies.

T4 Education may make reasonable changes where needed to protect Fellows or staff, comply with law or guidance, or respond to circumstances outside its control. The aim will be to preserve the quality and purpose of the fellowship.

7. For Schools and Partners

Schools and partners can share the Global Youth Council with confidence that the programme is supported by parent consent, safeguarding controls, moderated online participation, privacy protections and structured summit planning.

The contractual relationship is with the parent or guardian. Schools and partners are not expected to supervise the programme unless separately agreed.

8. Questions

Families, schools and partners can contact the Global Youth Council team with questions about participation, safeguarding, consent, privacy, fees or the Global Summit.
